KTA Program
I've been doing a slightly modified (less hardcore version) of the KTA program. Been able to close the 1.5 CoC with my right hand for a month now but not consistantly. But my close and hold are getting steadier as is evident by the clear picture. I'll post a video when I close the #2.

Get a Grip
Been working slowly on my grip strength while my left shoulder heals up. Mostly working on my right hand and it's coming along. When I first started my grip training months ago I couldn't even close the CoC #1. Now I can close it easily without even setting the gripper with either hand. Nice to see some progress even if it's small.

The Cold Shoulder
So my left shoulder's been out of commission since August 2010. Supraspinatus partial tear and my intraspinatus is getting pretty sore from my grip training. Been to massage therapy, laser therapy, chiropractor, physiotherapy, doctors etc but it’s still not 100%. Can't train much until it's healed up so pretty frustrated and definitely have some pounds to shed.
One arm chins
A blog dedicated mostly to my training for a one arm chin up. Someplace where I can track my progress and a reminder how far I've come and how much further until I reach my goal. In essence this blog is selfish, hence the phrase "me monster".
Only 1 in 10000 men can do a one arm chin unassisted. It's become to me a physical feat which embraces an ideal of masculinity I strive towards - mens sano in corpore sano. So it's pencilled in on my bucket list and ingrained in my mind. There's a lot of work to do and I'm going to get it done!
